Classic Macaroni Salad

For the pasta salad-
1 lb. elbow pasta, cooked
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
parsley, chopped for garnish

For the dressing-
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper


In a large bowl, combine elbows, celery, bell pepper and olives.

Make dressing: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and stir until combined.

Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss. Garnish with parsley and serve.
